12V Drivers

This listing is for a sound activated 12v (with car-lighter attachment) inverter which will run 3 meters of EL neon glow wire that wil glow in time with the beat of music or voices

The inverter has 3 settings:

Off, On or Sound Activated

There is also a sensitivity dial for audio response

The inverter has a plug on the end which is a standard EL wire connector making it able to quickly switch between different coloured wire or add a splitter and have several strands of wire - simply clip in and out the connector

*All the EL wire we supply comes with a connector so they plug straight into the inverter*

This inverter can run many seperate strands and colours of EL wire as long as the total length of wire is 3 meters or under - 3 way splitters are available in Accessories

speaker wire can be used to extend the distance between the inverter and the start of the glowing EL wire

Here we have some water resistant (with square battery attachment) drivers that will run up to 5 meters of EL neon glow wire or 150 square centimetres of EL Tape

In the drop down box you can choose a:

4.5v - with USB connection

6v, - with crocodile clips

9v - with square battery connector plug

12v - with cigarette lighter attachment

The drivers DOES NOT have an on/off switch or a blinking function

But does have two integral screw fixing points on either side of it so it can be fastened down

It has a water-tight seal all round it including where the wires come in and out of it. Attached in a sensible place it should withstand all types of weather 

DIMENSIONS:

Each drivers dimensions are:29mm X 19mm X 24mm (LxWxH)

The screw fixing tabs stick out 6mm each on the 29mm side and could easily be cut off

The wire from the 9v square battery attachment to the Inverter is about 1 metre

Wire from inverter to EL wire connector is 17cm

Here we have a large and powerful EL Driver that is sealed within a waterproof casing - reducing the whistle while also making it water-resistant.

This is a 12v driver (with crocodile clips) which will run between 3 to 15 meters of EL neon glow wire or 150 - 400 square metres of EL Tape or EL Panel.

The driver DOES NOT have an on/off switch or a blinking function

This listing is for a portable (8xAA) Driver which will run between 10 and 30 meters of EL neon glow wir

This Driver is capable of powering an A4 EL Panel (or 600 squ cm of EL Tape or EL Panel)

It can run less wire or tape and will do so VERY brightly but the lifespan of the wire will be reduced as it is being overpowered

make sure you run at least 10 metres of EL Wire or 100squ cm of EL Tape off this driver

The Driver consist of:

There is an 8xAA battery box

It has a metre long wire on it that plugs into the inverter box (8cm X 6cm X 3.2cm)

The inverter has 4 settings:

On, Fast Flash, Slow Flash, Off

There is a 25cm wire with a universal EL wire connector on the end which can plug into EL Wire or a splitter giving you several strands of glowing wire.

It can run as many separate strands as you like as long as the total is under 50metres

this unit can also run off mains electricity
